Mrs BOSS

This month’s blog is about our beautiful Felicity Petersen, or ‘Mrs Boss’ as I affectionately call her.

For the first 6 months of this year I had to rely heavily on Mrs Boss to manage the salon while I was away with some family sadness.

Felicity was amazing and never complained or questioned anything I asked her to do for me…. Bella & Sissi would be lost with out her!

SO, let me tell you a little bit about MRS BOSS!!

Felicity was born and raised in Dubbo and has been hairdressing for 7 years.

She is currently working 3 days a week at Bella & Sissi and the rest of the time she spends with her husband Grayson and their one year old daughter Maisie.

Her hobbies include refurbishing old furniture, decorating and any sort of craftwork. She is very clever and is always making something fun for the house or Maisies room. With the very little spare time she has, Flick is also doing a CERT IV in Small Business Management. Very impressive if you ask me!

When I asked Flick what she loves best about hairdressing the first thing she said was “Making people feel good about themselves!”

Foiling is her passion, particularly creating the perfect clean blonde colour. Balayage and Ombre techniques on longer hair are a favourite as well.

Felicity works very hard to create great rapport with her clients and also loves working with them to create fun and fashionable changes whilst reassuring them and giving them confidence.

Her favourite product is our Clairol Colours, stating that they are easy to use, true to colour, long lasting, and always deliver excellent results. Precious Ends by PURE , a leave in conditioning treatment that makes your hair feel incredibly soft and manageable is also a favourite.

I feel very lucky to have such a wonderful, loyal and talented hairdresser working with me at Bella & Sissi. Thank you Mrs Boss for everything!
